1. How do I book the tram party?

There are two easy ways to do it:
- you can use the Booking Form
- or you can call us

2. What about the payment?

We accept payments in cash (Euro, American Dollars or Polish Zloty) or via bank transfer (must be agreed upon before the party).

3. What is the cancellation policy?

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions, section 1

4. How long before the party do I have to submit the booking?

We need to get your final booking at least 5 days before the desired date of the party. We cannot guarantee that any latter inquiries to be accepted due to the dependance on the drivers’ timetable.

5. Is there any toilet on the board?

Having in mind your natural needs, each party ride has one scheduled stop.
In emergency cases we can always stop the tram and let you out.
With additional cost we can deliver a portable toilet for use of all the tram party guests.

6. Can I buy drinks on the tram board?

We can provide you with drinks on board. Please contact us to agree upon details.

7. Where can we get on the tram?

Basically any tram stop is available to start the tram party at. We can suggest the most convenient pick-up point for your group (closest to the hotel/hostel/apartment or just somewhere in the exact city center – whatever will suit you best.
We can also drop you off at the end of the party on any tram stop you want (in practice it’s always the tram stop nearest to the after party venue)

8. Where can the tram go?

Wherever the tram lines go :) Normally during the party we cruise around the Old Town and Jewish Quarter and through bridges on Vistula River so that you have the chance to see a lot of beautiful places and views.
We can set up any possible route that will match your expectations

9. What’s the duration of the party?

The standard offer includes 2,5 hours of ride. Yet the duration may vary upon your request. The length of the party should be agreed with us beforehand. There are no time limits.
