Corporate event
Bydgoszcz on a tram

Corporate tram party in Bydgoszcz

Organising a corporate event in Bydgoszcz – a Christmas party, a team-building event, a company anniversary or an attraction for clients and partners? The TramParty party tram is an idea that will make your company stand out and give your guests an unforgettable experience.

Bydgoszcz, with Mill Island and the granaries on the Brda river, increasingly attracts guests looking for original ways to have fun together. The party can start at almost any stop, and we usually agree the final stop in the centre – for example near the Old Market Square and Mill Island, from where it’s easy to walk to the after party.

Bydgoszcz is an important industrial and academic centre of the region, where more and more companies look for unusual team-building ideas. A party tram is a great idea for team building, an evening after a conference, a visit from business partners or a reward for the team after closing an important project.

Team building
and attractions for companies in Bydgoszcz

For companies we provide full service: tram hire, a professional sound system and lighting, a welcome drink, hot or cold catering, hostesses and bartenders, as well as team-building games, live performances or a flair bartending show.

Need help with the rest of the evening too? We will suggest where to organise dinner or an after party near the final stop.

On request we will add photo coverage and an HD souvenir video, a voucher valid for 6 months – e.g. as a reward for employees – and even a banner with your company logo on the tram. We choose every element of the programme to fit the purpose of the event: team building, rewarding the team or meeting clients in Bydgoszcz.

Route
of a corporate event in Bydgoszcz

Team building on a tram in Bydgoszcz

For guests from other cities a party tram ride is the best way to get to know Bydgoszcz – without a guide and without traffic jams. On request we will plan a route past the city’s main sights, perfect for a team-building evening or an event for clients.

The tram network of Bydgoszcz makes it possible to plan a truly impressive route. The tram can go, for example, along Gdanska Street and through the Jagiellonow Roundabout, near the Old Market Square and Mill Island, and even all the way to Fordon. We plan the exact route individually – so that the start and finish are as convenient as possible for you.

The ride is easy to combine with the rest of the evening – dinner at a restaurant, a banquet or an after party near the final stop. We will suggest how to match the route to the schedule of your event in Bydgoszcz.

How much does
a corporate tram party in Bydgoszcz cost?

How much does a corporate tram party in Bydgoszcz cost? Each such event is priced individually – the price depends on the number of guests, the length of the ride, the programme and the scope of service, such as catering, drinks, hostesses or bartenders.

For companies we prepare individual offers that take into account the number of guests, the event programme and extra services such as catering, hostesses or a personalised banner. Describe the planned event in the form – we will send you a quote with a proposed route and attractions.

You can choose from many options: a welcome drink, a party host, a red carpet entrance, hostesses and bartenders, hot, cold or BBQ catering, photo coverage or an HD souvenir video – the quote will include exactly the ones you want.

FAQ
about corporate events in Bydgoszcz

Can the tram pick up the team from the office or hotel in Bydgoszcz?

The party can start at almost any stop, so we usually choose the one closest to the office, hotel or conference venue. At the end we will drop the guests near the restaurant or club where you have planned the rest of the evening.

How can we pay for the tram party?

We accept cash or bank transfer – the payment method is agreed when booking. You will find the details in our Terms and Conditions.

Can the tram be branded with the company logo?

Yes – on request we will prepare a personalised banner on the tram and decorate the interior to match the event theme or company colours.

How long does a tram party in Bydgoszcz last?

A standard ride lasts 2 hours – during this time the tram is exclusively yours. We agree the start time, the route and the final stop when you book.
