Terms and Conditions

Participants in a tram party must be at least 18 years old.

Explanation of the terms used below:

Tramparty – the seller of the service – the tram party to which these Terms and Conditions apply.
Organiser – a natural person or a person representing a legal entity who commissions our company to organise a party;
Customer – a person who has bought an admission ticket to an open (ticketed) party organised by Tramparty

1. Tickets

Private party

The booking process for a private party begins when the completed form in the “Book” section of our website is sent. As soon as the details of the event are agreed, the customer receives an e-mail with the final quote for the party. Tramparty reserves the right to change the final price of the service before the contract with the Organiser is signed/takes effect.
If the booking is cancelled later than 5 working days before the event, the Organiser will have to cover the full cost of the party / the deposit and any amount paid towards the party will not be refunded.
If the party does not take place through the fault of Tramparty, we will refund all money paid to us by the Organiser towards the party.
If the party is interrupted or does not take place because the participants breach the Terms and Conditions or the safety and conduct rules, the Organiser will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the party.
In the event of any damage to property belonging to Tramparty or to MPK Krakow S.A., the Organiser and/or the party participants will be held liable under civil law for the losses incurred.

We hope we wrote the above just as a formality and none of these situations will ever happen 🙂

Ticketed parties

By buying a ticket to a ticketed party, the customer automatically accepts the Terms and Conditions of that party published on our website.

Tramparty reserves the right to change ticket prices for ticketed parties; however, the price paid by the Customer for a ticket to a given party is final and cannot be changed once payment has been made. Tickets are non-refundable unless the party did not take place through the fault of Tramparty or due to force majeure; in such cases the Customer receives a refund of 100% of the ticket price. If the party is interrupted or does not take place because the participants breach the Terms and Conditions or the safety and conduct rules, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the party.

2. Safety

All party participants must follow these safety rules during the party:

  • Any behaviour that may cause injury or put the life of any participant at risk is forbidden and will result in immediate removal from the party
  • Obstructing the tram driver, distracting them in any way or ignoring their instructions is forbidden

  • Unjustified use of the emergency brake is forbidden and may result in a fine
  • Smoking on the tram is forbidden
  • Littering on the tram is forbidden; all rubbish must be put in the plastic bags provided on the tram
  • Leaning out of the windows or putting hands, legs or other body parts out of the tram windows is forbidden, as it may cause serious injury, disability or even death – the overhead line poles are very close to the tram windows!
  • Throwing rubbish or any other dangerous objects out of the tram is forbidden and may result in immediate exclusion from the party
  • Bringing dangerous items on board that could put other participants at risk is forbidden
  • Causing any mechanical damage to the tram or equipment will result in immediate removal from the party as well as civil liability
  • Party participants must follow the instructions of Tramparty staff aimed at keeping the party safe and running smoothly.
  • Drinking alcohol with the tram driver is not allowed 😉

3. Liability

Tramparty takes responsibility for acts committed by its staff during the party, except for those leading to injury or death of the participants. Tramparty’s financial liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased for the party. Tramparty takes no responsibility for acts committed by party participants, especially those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. General obligations

The Customer is obliged to pay for the ticket to the party, follow the instructions of the Tramparty crew, cover any damage they cause during the party and arrive on time at the starting point. Tramparty is obliged to serve the party and its customers according to accepted standards.
