Corporate event
Katowice on a tram

Corporate tram party in Katowice

Looking for an idea for a corporate event in Katowice that will really bring your team together? A private tram with a club sound system and lighting is an original alternative to a banquet hall. Your staff party together and get to know the city from a completely different perspective.

Katowice is now one of the liveliest party cities in Silesia – with the Spodek arena, the Culture Zone and buzzing Mariacka Street. The party can start at almost any stop, and we usually agree the final stop in the centre – for example near Mariacka Street, from where it’s easy to walk to the after party.

Katowice is the conference capital of Silesia – the International Congress Centre next to the Spodek arena hosts the European Economic Congress and many industry events. A party tram is a great idea for team building, an evening after a conference, a visit from business partners or a reward for the team after closing an important project.

Team building
and attractions for companies in Katowice

We will tailor the programme on board to the nature of the event – from a relaxed team party to an event with a host, a live performance and team activities. On request we will prepare a personalised banner on the tram, photo coverage and a souvenir video.

Need help with the rest of the evening too? We will suggest where to organise dinner or an after party near the final stop.

On request we will add photo coverage and an HD souvenir video, a voucher valid for 6 months – e.g. as a reward for employees – and even a banner with your company logo on the tram. We choose every element of the programme to fit the purpose of the event: team building, rewarding the team or meeting clients in Katowice.

Route
of a corporate event in Katowice

Team building on a tram in Katowice

We match the route of a corporate event in Katowice to the event programme. The tram can start from the stop closest to the office, hotel or conference venue and finish near the restaurant where you have planned dinner.

What could the ride in Katowice look like? A sample route goes through the Market Square, along Korfantego Avenue past the Spodek arena, towards the Silesian Park in Chorzow. It all depends on your plans – we match the route to your starting stop and the place where you want to finish the party.

The ride is easy to combine with the rest of the evening – dinner at a restaurant, a banquet or an after party near the final stop. We will suggest how to match the route to the schedule of your event in Katowice.

How much does
a corporate tram party in Katowice cost?

The price of a corporate tram party in Katowice depends mainly on the number of guests and the attractions you want on board. Instead of a fixed price list, we prepare an offer tailored to your budget and expectations.

For companies we prepare individual offers that take into account the number of guests, the event programme and extra services such as catering, hostesses or a personalised banner. Describe the planned event in the form – we will send you a quote with a proposed route and attractions.

You can choose from many options: a welcome drink, a party host, a red carpet entrance, hostesses and bartenders, hot, cold or BBQ catering, photo coverage or an HD souvenir video – the quote will include exactly the ones you want.

FAQ
about corporate events in Katowice

Can the tram pick up the team from the office or hotel in Katowice?

The party can start at almost any stop, so we usually choose the one closest to the office, hotel or conference venue. At the end we will drop the guests near the restaurant or club where you have planned the rest of the evening.

How long does a tram party in Katowice last?

A standard ride lasts 2 hours – during this time the tram is exclusively yours. We agree the start time, the route and the final stop when you book.

Can the tram be branded with the company logo?

Yes – on request we will prepare a personalised banner on the tram and decorate the interior to match the event theme or company colours.

How far in advance should we book a tram in Katowice?

Bookings must be made at least 5 working days before the party. The earlier you get in touch, the more dates to choose from – especially at weekends.

How can we pay for the tram party?

We accept cash or bank transfer – the payment method is agreed when booking. You will find the details in our Terms and Conditions.
