Corporate event
Torun on a tram
Team building in Torun on a party tram works both as a stand-alone event and as a spectacular transfer – for example from the office or hotel to a company dinner. That way even getting to the party becomes the best part of it.
Torun, with its Gothic Old Town on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is one of the most atmospheric cities in Poland. The party can start at almost any stop, and we usually agree the final stop in the centre – for example near Torun’s Old Town, from where it’s easy to walk to the after party.
Torun, famous for its Gothic Old Town and gingerbread, attracts companies organising conferences, training and team-building trips in an atmospheric setting. A party tram is a great idea for team building, an evening after a conference, a visit from business partners or a reward for the team after closing an important project.
Team building
and attractions for companies in Torun
Every corporate event is priced individually – depending on the number of guests, the length of the ride and the attractions you choose. For bigger teams we can plan a ride with several trams so that everyone parties together.
Need help with the rest of the evening too? We will suggest where to organise dinner or an after party near the final stop.
On request we will add photo coverage and an HD souvenir video, a voucher valid for 6 months – e.g. as a reward for employees – and even a banner with your company logo on the tram. We choose every element of the programme to fit the purpose of the event: team building, rewarding the team or meeting clients in Torun.
Route
of a corporate event in Torun
A corporate event in Torun on a tram is also a practical transfer: instead of ordering minibuses, you move the whole team in one spectacular means of transport – with music, drinks and attractions on board.
From the windows of the party tram Torun looks completely different. On the way you can ride around the Gothic Old Town – through Rapacki Square and along the Sikorski Embankment – and through the green Bydgoskie Przedmiescie district – with no traffic jams, no looking for parking and no break in the fun.
The ride is easy to combine with the rest of the evening – dinner at a restaurant, a banquet or an after party near the final stop. We will suggest how to match the route to the schedule of your event in Torun.
How much does
a corporate tram party in Torun cost?
When planning the budget for a corporate tram party in Torun, keep in mind that the basis is always the tram hire with a sound system and lighting, while the other elements – catering, drinks, performances or photo coverage – are chosen to suit your needs. This way you only pay for what you really need.
For companies we prepare individual offers that take into account the number of guests, the event programme and extra services such as catering, hostesses or a personalised banner. Describe the planned event in the form – we will send you a quote with a proposed route and attractions.
You can choose from many options: a welcome drink, a party host, a red carpet entrance, hostesses and bartenders, hot, cold or BBQ catering, photo coverage or an HD souvenir video – the quote will include exactly the ones you want.
FAQ
about corporate events in Torun
Can the tram pick up the team from the office or hotel in Torun?
The party can start at almost any stop, so we usually choose the one closest to the office, hotel or conference venue. At the end we will drop the guests near the restaurant or club where you have planned the rest of the evening.
How far in advance should we book a tram in Torun?
Bookings must be made at least 5 working days before the party. The earlier you get in touch, the more dates to choose from – especially at weekends.
Can the tram be branded with the company logo?
Yes – on request we will prepare a personalised banner on the tram and decorate the interior to match the event theme or company colours.
How can we pay for the tram party?
We accept cash or bank transfer – the payment method is agreed when booking. You will find the details in our Terms and Conditions.
How long does a tram party in Torun last?
A standard ride lasts 2 hours – during this time the tram is exclusively yours. We agree the start time, the route and the final stop when you book.
